Der Lamponi Ansatz2

Who is behind Lamponi?

I’m Helena – psychologist, Germanist, and passionate cyclist.
As a former triathlete, I’ve rediscovered my love of cycling – not through competition, but through the joy of simply being out and about: outdoors, moving, with open senses.

That’s how Lamponi Events came to life – an event concept for stylish cycling tours, where the focus is on landscape, local cuisine, and the simple joy of riding.

The name Lamponi – Italian for raspberry – reflects what my tours are all about: style, vibrant colors, and small moments of delight along the way.

My tours are flexible in terms of duration, difficulty, and content.
Each route is personally designed and can be individually adapted.
Whether sporty, relaxed, or focused on enjoyment – the format is tailored to the needs of the participants.

Special café stops are a fixed part of the tour concept – selected for quality, atmosphere, and a focus on sustainability, always off the main tourist paths.
In certain formats – such as corporate events – this element can be omitted.

Visits to ticketed attractions or optional team-building elements can be added on request.

What makes Lamponi special: I design each tour from scratch – without ready-made templates, with attention to detail, group dynamics, and the region.

With a background in psychology, a love of cycling, and a natural sense of hospitality, I aim to create memorable experiences – with space for movement, connection, and fresh perspectives.

For me, cycling is more than just movement:
It’s a source of joy, a lifestyle – and a relaxed, sustainable way to experience both nature and the city.

The Lamponi Approach.
